Wordpress sites have 'iframes' inserted

I am about to run ComboFix and as directed I am posting here before I do so. I am not a techie person but doing my best to sort this out. We have 8 sites down and not impressed that people do this...I just don't understand.??
The issue is that iframes have been inserted into files and when I try to access the sites I get error messages etc. Anyway I will asap post the results here...I am thankful that there are people who are willing to help newbies like me out...much appreciated.

DO NOT run Combofix unless you are advised to do by one of our trained analysts.
