Email spam virus thing

I keep getting popups from symantec saying that it's blocked outgoing emails due to it being spam. As you can guess, im not the 1 sending them.

What's the best way to get rid of the virus? I read other posts asking to submit things so if you could provide me with a guide n get back to me when u can it would be much appreciated.
