Google redirect virus

Hi all,

My computer has what I believe is the nasty google redirect virus. Also, on occasion, windows will semi "freeze"; in other words, it still seems to work only I am unable to open programs or files, although I can open folders (if that makes any sense). Either way, I have run several scans, including Avast AV, Malwarebytes, Super-anti spyware, and HJT, and in addition have cleaned out internet files several times. Windows in general seems to run a bit smoother, but I am still getting redirected on links in search engines. I am not completely computer-illiterate, but by no means am I an expert, and would appreciate any help!

I have attached a log from MBAM, however was unable to get the HJT and Super anti spyware logs to attach, so I apologize for the lengthy post:

As I was searching for the HJT log I had the windows "freezing" problem. I notice it tends to occur when trying to attach the files to the forum, or while attempting to start one of the anti-virus/spyware/etc programs. Also, after start-up, windows is slow to get started, but I think maybe that's due to having to reboot with the power button (?) as I am unable to restart normally (it won't let me restart through 'Start>Turn Off Computer).
