PC freezes after a while of usage

When, recently the issue started that the PC always gets freezes, sometimes it takes a while and sometimes just minutes after a hard reboot, i noticed few things, such as that when even massive applications are running, if i dont interact with PC it wont get freezes, it only get freezes when i open applications or just even move the mouse sometimes, and i also noticed that when i do use just the keyboard shortcuts, it doesnt get freezes..

i also noticed that in safe mode everything works fine, i am getting frustrated so i think i'll end up formating it
