I need help bad, I use my computer as a server, my stores retail QuickBooks and all client folders run off my computer. I was trying to get a Trojan off my computer when half though my scan Kaspersky locked up. I rebooted and now I keep getting a "Kaspesky encounter a problem and needs to close. This message comes back over and over.
I have try everything to uninstall, repair, and even use the Kaspersky removal tool, nothing works, the removal Tool said it ran into a problem and needs to close. I tried to restore and this did not work. I have reboted over 20 times now. Then I tried safe mode tried it 5 times, each time once I choose to do safe mode a blue screen appers saying A problem was detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. So to me this is what's happening, the program Kaspersky keeps crashing then it trys to install again then crashes. Once the window saying that it encounter the problem pops up then I say dont send error report in 1 min the window pops back up. becasue it allways trying to start up, I think is why I can not reinstall or unistall it. It just keeps trying to restart over and over. I cannot belive this, will someone help me either fix this or get this program off my computer so I can open my business back up.
