OS: Windows XP SP3

Driver/malware infection

System:
Window XP SP3
Sony VAIO R-series VGC-RA825G
Added hardware:
Belkin wireless G adapter
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

This morning I found that my computer had been infected with some malware.
I believe I successfully removed it with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware software and with ESET's NOD32. The malware was all registry stuff. There is also images being burned into the screen. The shadows of menus wont go away unless I reboot. The NOD32 log is attached below.

But now after I removed the viruses if I run any program that uses quite a bit of my ram the system crashes. It also happenes if I scrub my ram with Memturbo 4.

BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH:
Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal
Stop: 0x000000d1 (0xe1da5000,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xb28daa60)

I've swapped out my ram with some new stuff and it still comes up if only about 10mb of ram are free. I've also switched what slots they go in (I have two cards with four slots).
I've also run another installation of Windows XP SP3 from one of my other HDs. It runs fine. So I think I've ruled out any problem with the RAM or the Motherboard (i've also updated the BIOS)

I've also attached a hijackthis.log as well

Thank you for your help

Re: Driver/malware infection

I'm also now getting the Blue Screen with this message:
Windows-Corrupt File
Exception Processing Message C0000102 Parameters 75b6bf7c(4X)

And now I've found that windows does not recognize the CD drives and will not preform a HD physical disk check. I can not defrag as well. It's just getting worse.

I might just reinstall windows but i'm trying to find out what happened so I can prevent this from happening again.
