Crap, keylogger -.-

Well, you guys were the most helpful group of people the last time I had a problem. So I come to you again! This time with a keylogger of sorts.

Copied from my post on the forum of useless morons

I can't tell if it was a trick or not. When I went to youtube the windows security alert thing popped up, but it's never done that when I had a virus before. Then I checked my processes and saw WISPTIS, which I know is part of my program I used to read .pdf files. But I wasn't using it so I deleted it off the list, then I saw VVXO running, or maybe it was VVKO.exe, I don't know, one of the two, but I can't find either on google. And the fact avast wouldn't let me delete it (I just closed that **** out 'cause it seemed suspicious) when it lets me delete other viruses it finds even though it suggests putting them in the chest... What do I do? Brush it off as a trick? Because I've had websites pop up virus scanner type stuff before like "Your PC is infected...blahblahblah click here to install this completely fake scanner" Ya know?

Please help :(

Also if someone could tell me if this is a legit program or a virus waiting to happen I'd be grateful http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/taskmanager.html

Oh yeah, it was defender32.exe that was the problem, removed that when I checked my hijackthis log over hijackthis.de, and my CPU usage dropped from 100% constant to 5-20% average... but I don't know if that was enough or not.
