Possible Keylogger Vista x64

Hey there, the last couple of weeks I've had a fair amount of problems with my online accounts. Started off with WoW which is no big loss however I then experienced problems with my hotmail and am concerned about using any of my online banking methods or accounts with other sites.

I'm unable to post up logs from either DDS or GMER as neither appear to work. I'm using Vista Ultimate 64, Sp1 if that's of any help.

DDS loads up the Dos screen only to inform me:

"This tool does not your support your operating system
Press any key to continue"

While GMER starts off with:
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...agoon/GMER.jpg
and on trying a scan with those options left as it is comes up with a message saying "GMER hasn't found any system modification" and the "Save..." file being empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
