Help: Redirecting Trojan is Ruining My Clam Chowder!

I have a trojan or something on the computer that causes every link from any search engine I click on to be redirected to an unrelated search site, sometimes even adult! :o

And I found this website by searching at Google, but instead of clicking on the link I copied the URL under it and pasted it into another window's URL box.

The only problem is that I've downloaded dds and gmer, but dds doesn't run after the initial screen, and gmer unexpectedly stops just before the end of its scan and closes.

I've closed all the programs and run dds, but it still doesn't do anything after the beginning warning.

Thanks in advance for all your help! I really don't know what to do about it since dds won't even work.
