Drastic help needed. Can't run DDS.

Hello, Tech Support Forum. I recently joined this site, and coincidence it may be is when I got infected. Let's get down to business.

Details:
Whenever I open a program this window pops up.

Also, at random times but mostly five minutes after start up when everything has loaded, the process dllhost.exe can be found to be taking up more than 1GB of ram at times.

I am in drastic need of help as I do not wish to take my computer to a repair shop.

I also can't run DDS as when I do I get multiple error messages popping up.

I can't find an edit post button. So I'll post again. When I run GMER, I start the scan as per how it says, about 1 mintue into the scan an error message comes up and it says: GMER has stopped working ect. What in the world should I do?
