Ok, I followed all the steps that your site required.

Again, my issue is that when I open up the icon for my external hard drive to browse through files, the Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger comes up. It has been doing this for quite awhile now. For the most part, it was always my external hard drive that produced the DWPD error but now there is another file on my desktop which produces the message. Here is the DDS.txt:
