help getting started please

Further to my last thread yesterday that was closed, I need some help in knowing which progs. or files I have actually got to uninstall on my computer before I can get help.
The photoshop CS4 that was mentioned in the file name with the keygen, I removed already. Well at least i thought I had....... Do I need to remove the Spybot search and destroy which I only installed two days ago after my problem started. I began uninstalling it but a pop up said did I want to undo any changes that it had made and that I may undo any protections that it has applied in the immunize section. It said I should use the recovery section before uninstalling. Is this ok to do or is a ruse to allow them to put more bad stuff on.

This is all new to me, so sorry if I appear to be an idiot!

I have to add this, I actually don't have anything but basic stuff on my computer.
