Recently, my right click has stopped working when more than one window is open. Not only this but my computer and IE seem to be running extremely slow. I currently only use avast! anti spyware/virus software. Apart from that i do regular checks through task manage to see anything irregular in there but i'm certainly no computer wiz. Restarting seems to rectify the problem for short periods but it eventually comes back. Below are the logs as requested.

edit: Also, if it is any help, i have just switched back over to mozilla firefox (forgot how much faster/better it is than IE)
