ok so someone turned to me to fix there daughters computer, i am not great on computers but i can do simple maintenance and clean installs and such. but i am having a real hard time with this computer i have done 2 clean installs the first with windows xp home sp2 and the second with windows xp pro sp3. and everytime the thing crashes, for some reason one of the manditory system32 files deletes. can you guys see if there are any problems with the hijackthis log.
