spyware malware- cant acess internet!
I think my computer has spyguard 2009 on it. I cannot acess the internet anylonger, it just blocks me everytime. Therefore I cannot download anything to remove it or analyze it.
I have tried to acess the internet in safe mode. I have tried to do a system restore in both normal and safe mode and am unable. Is my only resort to reformat the hard drive? Help! Thanks, Sherry |
