problem at startup VIRUS HELP

HI I have a real problem in my PC at startup I get a message says Could not
locate fservice.exe >>> and my PC started to get slow PLEASE HELP!!
And the welcome screen stays for a 60 seconds before showing my desktop

the virus came from a file that i downloaded

i deleted fservice.exe but the message still appear at start up

And I have Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
