Please Help problem W/RECYCLER Malware

Hello everyone

, okay here is my Problem I had a malware or a something within my hidden files and folders it is called RECYCLER

and it has a few files attached to it I can not locate. What it does is turn my HD's into AUTOPLAY apps. when I click to access my file it says it can not connect to some crazy .com. and when I unlock processes and delete it auto replaces itself and repeats. please help Its driving me crazy

!!!. I Have reformatted and reinstalled xp a number of times but it hides. I think on my slave drive.

What can i do??? Please?? I'm not new to this sort of thing But I cant fix this one.
