This thing is really kicking me where it counts.....
I have ran Sophos, Malwarebytes, Ccleaner to rid all temp files. Any help would be appreciated:

You should not be deleting anything unless you know what you are doing, deleting those 010 items in hijackthis can leave you with no internet connection.

There is a procedure that we can use to remove those entries without breaking your internet connection.
