please check my hijackthis log! 64bit Vista

Hi well basically my pc has started running real slow! its slow at loading up webpages on firefox, IE and chrome! also opening folders etc results in lag.

Ive run kaspersky AV and spybot s&d on it and both come back clean, also vista 64 wont let me restore! i click on a restore point, It goes through the normal restore activities and upon reboot says its failed! ive tied many different points

EDIT- forgot to say the slow internet is the main problem! also task manager shows vista is not using much cpu/ram! so im stuck on what to think

please can anyone help? ive just run ccleaner and ATF cleaner and cleaned everything including registry, uninstalled unused java updates etc!

please any input?
