my computer is acting really weird. it will randomly shut down causing me to lose data, which is especially annoying when in the middle of burning a dvd. I have run spybot search and destroy, ad aware, avast, and did this online scan on something like housecall micro somthing I don't remember what it was called. I am also having trouble with firefox. it seems to be hogging a lot of my memory. there is also a corrupt file that shows up only when I do a scan with spybot search and destroy. it says that firefox/prefs.js is corrupt. I don't know what to do about it. I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it but that didn't fix the problem. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
