Hello! When I Click " Do A System Scan And Save A Log File " everything is normal untill the status bar at the top gets to " 04 - registry & Start Menu autoruns " and stops. I try to click of after a while and a message pops up saying " This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy. Chose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem. ". Then I click switch, nothing happens and the program freezes.

I have a Windows XP SP3
