ipod virus/trojan

hi guys, first time here. i have a problem that i havent been able to fix regarding my ipod. my computer picked up a nasty type of virus/trojan, or a loader of some kind some time ago. during that time i connected the ipod to the computer, with the result of the ipod picking up the virus.

i was able to get rid of the infections in my computer and now have a good antivirus, and firewall. but everytime i plug my ipod in, my antivirus alerts me to an infection called:

J:\autorun.inf with either the name INF/Pushbot or INF/Hamweg.

i have repeatedly scanned my ipod with the antivirus and it picks it up and deletes it but the next time that i connect it it pops up again. this is not causing any problems to my computer but it is annoying that everytime i plug my ipod it pops up. im pretty knowledgeable in removal of viruses but this is getting to me.

any help will be appreciated. thanks.
