spyware and svchost.exe
Ok i originally posted here
Very complicating problem. My computer is to the point where i get a blue screen of death when XP is starting up. The logon process fails. But before that, i was having svchost.exe crash saying memory could not be written. My computer wouldnt let me open most programs. I tried installing hijack this or else i could post a report. Same thing with AVG and other spyware programs. I cant connect to the internet and my network places are all gone. I managed to get a spyware remover working and right after i clicked to confirm the fixing of the files the computer crashed and im getting BSOD's Im thinking this is a spyware problem. any options? |

Re: spyware and svchost.exe
Hello lunchboxdave,
Will Windows load in Safe Mode? If so, use another computer to download the 2 tools as outlined in our sticky topic New Instructions - Read This Before Posting for Malware Removal Help. Transfer the tools to the afflicted computer, run the scans as directed, and post the requested logs in your next reply. |
