EEK! Are these critical Windows files or bugs made to look like them?

I acquired a bug somehow that sent so many pop-ups my internet wouldn't work. I used SUPERAntiSpyware to quarantine the virus. It seemed to work however it quarantined these files below as well. Every time I start up my computer it lets me know that they are missing. Are they necessary? Should I restore them or delete them?

C:\windows\system32\junefare.dll
C:\windows\system32\sejuvoma.dll
C:\windows\system32\tahisepi.dll

Mostly the "Vundo" variant was quarantined. Other Windows files as well, but they weren’t mentioned at the start-up like the three above.
