I have been for a whole week trying to fix this but it dosnt seems that it is going away. Well I think the trojan is out but I am still getting lost of traking cookies even when not using IE that is extrange for me. I delete the cookies and then when I connect to the network they reapear without even surfung the web.
The trojans that the computer had (I hope they are gone but not completely sure) are trojan-downloader-suurch and trojan-backdoor-progdav which were detected by AVG and after I ran a scann in save mode and also ran webroot in save mode they seem to be gone.

The tracking cookies that are never gone even if I delete them are:
