Hey,

Sorry to post a plea for help, but I really am stumpted as to what to do. (I know you probably get 101 requests for help of this nature!)

Whenever I search on google, it displays the results of the search, but when I click on a link, I get redirected to other sites, mostly blinkx or myspace, but sometimes it redirects to websites I've never heard of, and even porn sites - nice eh?!?!

I've done numerous scans with McAfee antivirus, Spybot, Spysweeper, Adaware, and other spyware tools, and I've removed all of the files they've flagged, but the problem still remains. I've done comprehensive/deep scans with all the softwares.

Just some extra info....

one of the main sites it redirects me to is poiskin.ru, or seventhdayslumber.com and other times it tries to get me to download programmes or addons to firefox for media player extensions.

I'm worreid that whatever is causing my redirects may also be spying on private things on my pc such as passwords and other info.

If anyone could help, i'd be so very grateful!!!
