Hi,
I am actually having two problems. 1) I cant run Internet Explorer/Firefox the program just shuts down after i search something using google or yahoo or whatever link I go.. now, Im using Google Chrome to post this thread. I dont know why but this one works. Maybe its better than the two? anyway, 2) im getting a rundll23.exe error everytime i shutdown/restart my computer, i get this error. I've done the ATF-Cleaner thing but not the kapersky-whatever thing (because i cant get it to work , forgive my noobness >.<) and this is my Hijackthis log. hope you guys can help me with my problem. Re: i cant use Internet explorer/firefox
Hello and Welcome to TSF.
We no longer use HijackThis as our initial analysis tool. You are using an outdated version of HijackThis. Please uninstall HijackThis 1.99.1 in the Add or Remove Programs section of your Control Panel and delete your current version. ------------------------------------------------------ We want all our members to perform the steps outlined in the link I'll give you below, before posting for assistance. There's a sticky at the top of this forum, and a Quote:
------------------------------------------------------ Please follow our pre-posting process outlined here: NEW INSTRUCTIONS - Read This Before Posting For Malware Removal Help After running through all the steps, you shall have a proper set of logs. Please post them in a new thread, as this one shall be closed. If you have trouble with one of the steps, simply move on to the next one, and make note of it in your reply. Please note that the Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help forum is extremely busy, and it may take a while to receive a reply. Please don't wrap logs in code or quoteboxes. Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------ |
