Antispyware boot time cleaner is running at start up
ok so last night my computer gave me a message that system failure and that it would shut down in 30 seconds. Then my computer just shut off. When i rebooted the computer i get this bluee screen (not the blue screen of death) its a windows screen. It says its running antispyware boot tome cleaner
can not find file deviseharddisk/volume/programfiles/commonfiles/antivirus/definitions\BWLDAT> could not open file to delete nt status <0xc0000034> i tried starting in safe mode, when it comes up there is no toolbar, no desktop icons, i couldnt' open the task manager, nothing. When i try to start windows in regular mode i get the blue screen. Im at a loss here could you please help |

Hello SweetRosie,
Boot up your system as though you were going to enter Safe Mode. Instead of choosing Safe Mode, select Last known good configuration. If that works and you are able to load Windows, follow the instructions in our sticky topic New Instructions - Read This Before Posting for Malware Removal Help and post the requested logs in your next reply. |
