I was just wondering : any way I can skip the system restore point? I mean not to do it?

Why would you want to do that?!!

Should you roll back to an infected point, all our work would be for naught.

Do take care of that....disable, and re-enable System Restore to flush out the old points, and set a new clean one from which to go forward.

I was just worried about on which date exactly will I go back to... For example there are some programs newly installed and If I make system restore than they won't be there will they? Could you tell me by your opinion on which date is my PC going to go back to?

You're confusing the issue. Please just trust me, and do this. It's part of every malware cleaning everywhere.

Your current programs will not be affected. Your machine will have a new, clean System Restore point as a future fallback point.

By doing this, your machine will not be "going back" anywhere.
