Lots of Popups and Possible Trojan/Worm

Ever since about a month ago I suddenly got a bunch of popups occuring, along with programs repeatedly attempting to install themselves. I have tried to remove them to no success. I alos think zsxcwiac.exe may be a trojan or worm because i have tried ending the process, deleting its files, and removing the regkey but it still is on my system. If anyone can help please respond. Here is my HijackThis log:

Hi

First check you are not running HJT on the desktop or a temp folder. Its best run in a dedicated folder of its own.Make sure to run Adaware, Spybot S & D(check for updates) as these will do a preliminary clean first. Some files below may not be present after running the above programs.

Then....
Turn off your System Restore SEE HERE Reinstate it when your log is cleaned and then create a new restore point.Close your browser window and run hjt in safe mode... HOW TO RUN SAFE MODE and have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting "fix checked".If any EXE files have been selected go into HijackThis/Config/Misc/Tools/ and open process manager. Select the EXE files (if they are there) and click Kill process before deleting.

Folders that have been highlighted RED in the log will need to be uninstalled.Check first as some folders maybe uninstalled via the Add/Remove program.

Files highlighted in BLACK in the log will need to be removed from your hard drive.

Make sure to have your system set to show hidden files and folders.. HOW TO SHOW FILES When done Download Cleanup and run it to clean out the temp folders ..Then please reboot and post a new log when finished...

New HijackThis Log

OK here's my new log. I did have a couple problems, though. When I tried removing wugriy.exe, I did not see it as a running process and I could not find the file on the hard disk. Also, csrss.exe doesn't appear to be a threat because I could not located the file, it was on my recovery drive D:, and when I tried ending the process it said it was a critical system process, so I left that alone. Everything else went successfully though.

Please download these... Dllcompare v1.0.0.127 KillBox (v2.0.0.76) VX2Finder(126) Silent Runners

Copy the dllcompare.exe to your desktop, please don't run it from the download site as it is preset to scan the System32 directory, so nothing other than you clicking the [Run locate.com] button is required.
When the scan is complete, you will see in blue "Completed the scan" Click "Compare to Continue" then click the Compare button.

It will sort through the files it found and determine which should be flagged as "No access" and display them in the lower box.
In a few minutes it will display in blue 'Completed'
Click the button [Make a Log of what was Found] and post the results here. Once this log is sent YOU MUST NOT REBOOT if you can help it or all the files will change and we wil have to start the process over again..

ok good

Copy Killbox to your Desktop and ensure you have version 2.0.0.76 or better.

From the Dllcompare log which is listed below, copy & paste each full path into the Killbox topmost box.
ie: a fullpath from our sample log would be:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gp0ml3~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gp42l3~1.dll
etc.

With the full path to the file name in the topmost textbox, click the option "Use Dummy" which will create a numbered dummy file instantly for you.

Click the Red X ...and for the confirmation message that will appear, you will need to click "Yes"
A second message will ask to Reboot now? you will need to click "No" (since you have not added all related files in yet)

Do this for every file you have matching the list below

*in the sample file here, every file matches VX2 parameters and would be input into Killbox.

Quote:
ie: Top line in Killbox would have the path
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gp0ml3~1.dll
the bottom line would show a dummy file in user Temp directory
D:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp\kbdummy.1

Do this same step for every file that is listed below..

When you get to the last file in the Dllcompare log, also add in one additional file

C:\Windows\System32\Guard.tmp
*Be careful to include the correct path to the system32 folder, as drive letters & windows folder names change slightly from system to system
If this is an issue, click the [Browse] button in Killbox and navigate to the guard.tmp manually. (it will always be in the System32 directory, and may need to have File & Folder options to "unhide system files" enabled).. HOW TO SHOW FILES

On that last file, close all programs and Reboot your computer.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gpl2l3~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\h0l2la~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\hrp205~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\irrsl5~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\kt8ql7~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ktl4l7~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\l68m0g~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\l6p20g~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\lv2409~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\lvl809~1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\lvn209~1.dll

ok

ok here is my new logfile, and again I didn't add csrss.exe because it appears to be a critical system process and not a threat, and i do not want to make my system unstable. If I am wrong please tell me.

ok most problems have been eliminated, but several popups still occur. Do you recognize anything else I need to clean?

We need to fix this 01 Host problem so download L2mfix

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This scan takes time to complete, then notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it here

Please Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until told to.
