No, not clean.

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. Restart your computer. After we are finished with your log file and verified that it's clean, you may turn it back on and create a new restore point.

Open a new HJT log and check all of the below to be fixed:

O3 - Toolbar: &Hotbar - {B195B3B3-8A05-11D3-97A4-0004ACA6948E} - C:\Program\Hotbar\bin\4.5.1.0\HbHostIE.dll

Then, with all browser windows closed, click "fix checked"

Reboot and post a new log (see below).

You have an outdated version of HJT. Please download HijackThis - this program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Create a folder at C:\HJT and move HijackThis.exe there. Double click on the program to run it.

1. If it gives you an intro screen, just choose 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit Scan and then click on Save log.
3. Get HijackThis Analyzer and save it to the same folder as the hijackthis.log file. Run HijackThis Analyzer and type in y if you agree. Open up the result.txt file created. Copy the whole result.txt log and post it in the forum. Do not fix anything in HijackThis since they may be harmless.

While you are waiting for a reply:

You don't seem to have a firewall program installed. Using a firewall will allow you to give/deny access for applications that want to go online. Please download a free one at ZoneAlarm.

To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Section and use the tools provided.
