HJT Log, Windows freezes when net log on
Hi,
Looking at a laptop for a friend that's having a problem where windows freezes everytime they log onto the net. The first page loads and then any other request freezes the machine. it is not IE specific as i tried Firefox and Safari also. Ran AVG in safe mode and found a 4 viruses but didn't give me the details and then removed them. Difficult to run other diagnostic tools without internet access to get uptodate protection. Have the HijackThis log here if anybody can see anything in this that might be a problem. Cheers |
