Re: HiJackThis- help appreciated
hi,
i successfully got a report.txt file log from SD fix, but on my system i have an updated version of windows XP home edition and have SP2. In order to install the Recovery console, the XP cd is required and i don't have a copy of it. I tried to download a setup-boot-disk for windows XP SP2, and it needs to be written to floppy disk. -Can it be written onto a normal CD? and will it work the same way if i do so? |

Hello again
You do not need the XP cd, if this is a Dell computer you may find the XP cd in one of the Dell folders. Download this file Here to your desktop, then follow the instructions for installing the recovery console. |
