Windows Explorer has encountered a problem....

I have a laptop running on XP pro that I cannot access, my computer, my documents, my network places and will not load a browser because of the error above. I have tried a registry clean up program and removed a couple of trojans(I think they were removed) but it didn't fix the problem. Not sure if that would even cause such a problem. Please see my hijack this below and thanks for your help!
