Hey guys, first of all just wanted to say great service you guys provided here - in a way wish I never had to use it as we all know how frustrating virus's can be! Anyway, here is my hijackthis log below, any help would be very much appreciated.

Have used my normal techniques to try to combat this such as Spybot, AdAware and running my Norton Virus Scanner, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Again if anyone can help me in this matter I would be very appreciative. Neil. Sorry, as you may have guessed from my awful original title I didn't read the '5 Steps'. Am attempting to rectify this now, if an Admin could possibly delete my original post and just leave this it would be appreciated. Here is what I should have posted originally. Re: Picked up a Virus, help would be appreciated
Hi,
Apologises for the delay getting to your log. The helpers here are all volunteers and we have been very busy lately. If you are still having malware problems, follow instructions below. ----------- Please run Deckard's System Scanner once again, this time using these instructions: Click the Windows 'Start' button > Select 'Run' - then copy/paste this into the run box & click OK "%userprofile%\desktop\dss.exe" /config Click on Extra Log and tick all boxes below that. Click Scan! When finished, it shall produce two logs for you. Post those logs in your next reply.
