Need some help please 'Antivirus XP 2008'

Hey, hows it going? My computer has got infected yesterday and I would appreciate if someone could look at my logfile. This same thing happened to me last week but i was able to use system restore to remove the problem. however this is not an option now, no restore points.

The problem is my desktop background has been changed to "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer." Also i keep getting pop ups from Antivirus XP 2008 telling me i have 871 viruses. I relaise this is spyware.

I dont know if this is a common problem and I apolgise for not checking too many other threads for this problem. Can someone help me?
