Cry Windows has Encountered a Problem and Needs to CLose

This is the same error Message i keep getting all the time. Everytime i restart Windows, it gives this error. Plus... Dr-Watson hangs up... and wants me to kick him in the ****. cheap doctor.

Anyways... i tried end-task explorer, and Dr-watson.... but dr watson keeps coming back again n again... and causes a Major System Malfunction, as soon as i Click on the error message "Dont send".

Please Help me, as i cant afford to Re-Install windows.... Ive been working for 2 yrs on the same pc, and all my Programs and their respective saved settings will be lost....
is there a way to backup the saved setting and registry entries of all the programs installed? or cna this bug be fixed?
