Confused Infected with hldrrr.exe

Hi there, my laptop had been infected with hldrrr.exe. It uses up all my cpu, and my antivirus and firewall get shut down. I can't get rid of it. I followed advices from various forums and downloaded icesword, hijackthis, combofix, i tried to rename the file as advised but when i try to run the program, a pop up tells me that this .exe is not a valid win32 application.

I have followed the 5 steps as recommended :
1- nothing to remove from the remove programs function
2- Panda active scan : the scan starts and stop at 7% whilst scanning
c/windows/system32
if i try to go myself on that folder, the window is not responding.
I have tried 5 times and the scan stops and hang there always on the same folder.
3- I have installed spyware blaster
4- windows updates, I clicked on the link, message displayed :
Checking if your computer has the latest version of Windows updating software for use with the website…
and nothing...
5 - hijackthis : can't open it (this .exe is not a valid win32 application)
DSS : clicked on link, a pop up comes up and disappear almost instantly.

Thank you in advance for your assistance !
