Hello. The virus downloader.delf.12.an is on a computer I am trying to fix. The file that it resides in is dgrpset.dll in windows\system32\dgrpset.dll. "O2 - BHO: (no name) - {58F39B32-D90F-4C66-A060-1AAA29D06329} - C:\WINDOWS2\System32\dgrpset.dll"
I cannot remove that file. Access is denied. Not with unlocker, smithfraudfix, Comofix, killbox, or any other program various sites ask me to go to. Not with using any and all options. Not fix on reboot.

DSS crashes for me at the end every time so I've included the Hijack this log. My apologies if that isn't enough. I'm very tired now and have tried to be thorough. The other 100 or so malware+viruses were easy. This has beaten me.
