First and foremost, I would like to thank the ones who contribute to this site and provide idiots like myself with support.

This past week has been quite eventful. I have a notebook that just was shipped off for repair and now my desktop is having issues. I am experiencing very erratic cpu usage and it is affecting the performance of my machine. I have researched quite a bit before resorting to this method.
