Anti Spyware PROBLEM !!! Pls Help

Hy ...
I am new here so please bare with me... Tnx.

So ... i have a problem with my computer for 2 days now

I dont know how but 2 days ago some IE windows started to pop up telling me i am infected with spyware and i need to free scan then buy an antispyware program (i think u heard this 1000 times allready).
Today bursting with anger i started looking for an answer to my problem.
First i disabled some strange startup items ("Run>msconfig>startup) and the popups stoped, then i saw on this forum a thread with the same problem that i am having...not shure if i am sopose to do this but here it is ... ( VirusWebProtect infection )
I did everything Angelfire777 said, but i want someone to take a look at my hijackthis log and help me with this problem.

One last thing... TASK MANAGER is disabled...and i am geting an anoying message from an icon in the tasbar: "System has detected a number of spyware aplications........."
