WinXP problems ....

You know when you shut of your pc and it makes the noise where everythings shutting down inside the pc ? well that happens to me when the computers on and running (dont happen after i done the system restore). Now i can't download/install nothing as it just crashes but then continues installing... but still crashes... i dont know how im on the IE ... i scanned using spyware docter found some things and deleted them... scanned using nod32 iswell found nothing .. please help me..

Also i done a system recovery ,never helped problem still stands... when opening IE it takes about 2 mins for it to load..

I also realised that the programs then NEVER work are now working for some strange reason such as

Built in wifi
built in bluetooth

......

I followed the steps here they are :

I have attached the scan using the panda site..

and also attached Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) logs..

Please help thanks alot people.

Just to update you guys i cant boot windows now becouse all i see is the blue screen of death .. i cant boot in safe mode eaither..
