Explorer crashes all the time, infected?

Hi!
I have a problem that makes explorer crash with a message that it is some error with ntdll.dll and msvcrt.dll . I got 2 new dll files of same version and replaced them, but still the same problem.
The most of the time the explorer crashes its just to press the send or not send button and explorer.exe restarts. Other times everything dissapear leaving just the wallpaper . Then I open task manager close explorer.exe and start a new task-explorer and everything works again until next crash.
But some few times I cant open task manager because nothing works and then i have to restart the computer.
I get another message sometimes that says;
The address 0x7c911f6c could not refer to 0x00000000. Memory could not be "read".
and
The address 0x7c911e58 could not refer to 0x00000000. Memory could not be "read".

I have Trend Micro Pro 2008 anti virus, and service pack 2.
¨Thank you for answers

Btw I did the 5 step guide before posting. In step 2 it tells to attach the activescan log to your new post. But in step 5 it tells you to; "Only attach the extra.txt log if you are using Deckards System Scanner."

It is quite likely that in your search for illegal software you've gotten yourself infected.

This is one of the main causes why a computer gets infected. Visiting cracksites/warezsites - and other questionable/illegal sites is ALWAYS a risk. Even a single click on the site can be responsible for installing a huge amount of malware. Don't think: "I have a good Antivirus and Firewall installed, they will protect me" - because that's not true... and even before you know it, your Antivirus and Firewall may already be disabled because malware already found its way on your system.

We do not condone this sort of activity, and will help you out of this sort of situation only once. Please change your habits.

Please visit this webpage for instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery mode if needed. This allows us to help you in the case that your computer has a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once the Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see a message that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

Please continue as follows:

Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that, along with a new HijackThis log.

If you have any questions along the way, STOP and ask them before proceeding.
