Perflib .dat virus? here is my HiJackThis log

Hi, I recently downloaded a .exe file that I think ended up being a virus. I deleted the file, but I had already clicked it. I believe it was called Setup.exe I ran my AVG Virus protector and it found a virus and put it in the virus vault. But It seems that the virus is on a loop and a new one keeps popping up from my AVG detector. It seems the files that AVG is finding that are infected are some sort of perflib .dat file with a random number at the end each time.

I downloaded HiJackThis and here is my log.. I hope I'm doing it right. How do I get rid of this Virus?? help me. Thanks!!

If you have any difficulty with any of the steps, move on to the next one.
