How to set AVG to scan MSN messenger incoming file?

How do you set AVG to scan every incoming file from MSN messenger? I use Norton Antivirus before and they automatically set the path at option>Messages>File Transfer... I upload a picture of the screen shot, go to this link and see what i mean! if you don't see it clearly, just maximize the picture or download it! http://users.accesscomm.ca/mm/MSN.jpg

Thanks for everyones help!

I believe that, with AVG, you must save it as a file, then go to the file, right click, and select "scan with AVG".
