Popups, warnings, trojans. logfile enclosed, please help...

Thanks for reading...Somehow I think I got viruses on my computer. I'm not exactly sure how I got them, all I did was visit a hockey messageboard that I always go to. A bunch of things are going wrong with my computer: my desktop has been removed and in its been replaced with a blue screen that says there is spyware on my computer and to click here to remove it; I keep getting warning pop ups, one says "your computer is working slowly, slow operation may be caused by spyware, download latest antispyware software and run full scan," another one says "warning your computer is infected with spyware, help to protect your computer from spyware"; and once the warning goes away, it brings me to a website for spyware products that I believe are fake, one product is called "spymaxx"; I also get a window that pops up that says "buffer overrun detected C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.exe"; finally I get a window that pops up that says "windows security center system warning" and it alerts me about various files and they are always different. also, when i type, it seem as if not every keystroke is showing up and every so often i have to strike a key a few times before it shows up. i am also getting security warnings every few hours that say 'trojan cleaned' or "PUP found", its like the keep reinstalling.
