HiJackThis log help, programs crashing

Hello,
My name is Tanya and the problems that I am having is a lot of my programs are crashing. Sometimes they reset them selves but most of the time I have to restart my computer to get it to stop for a bit. I have run virus scans and spyware scans. I have checked my registry files and running processes. But something is still wrong. A friend suggested to me that I check out this forum and get some help with my problems.
I have followed all of your steps to the best of mine and my computers abilities.
I checked for all the programs in my add remove programs, there were none as far as I could tell. BUT, I did see something called My Way Search Assistant, and that cannot be removed as there is no remove button. I tried to do the Panda ActiveScan but it would not work. I kept getting an error message from the website stating that it was either a connection problem or a download package error.
I did not download the IE-SPYAD because the program has been changed to something else called ZonedOut. I was afraid to download it.
My windows XP is up to date. I tried the next step and that did not work also. I kept getting an error message when ever I tried to download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS).
HiJackThis did work. Maybe because I downloaded it before the problems got any worse. Here is that log.
