IE and Firefox auto close, can not launch inetcpl.cpl
Hello, I have tried to clean this up and fix the issue, unsuccessfully. A friend dropped off her pc, because IE and Fire fox close almost immediately after opening. I have run a host of clean up utilities, AVG, Ad Aware, and everything from the Trend Micro homepage. System looks clean, but still having same issue. One site suggested removing Yahoo, so I did, to no effect. Below is the log file from HJT. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: IE and Firefox auto close, can not launch inetcpl.cpl
Download Combofix from any of the links below, and save it to your desktop. For information regarding this download, please visit this webpage: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix
Link 1 Link 2 Link 3 **Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop** -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Close any open browsers. 2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
