Hi guys
We have a problem with our computer where the cursor keeps going to the top of the page when typing in word or e-mail on the internet. Sometimes the entire paragraph would "disappear". We tried norton antivirus/ ad-aware/ spyboy/ pc doctor but nothing seems to help.
The problem appears from time to time and we're not sure what causes it.
Sometimes if we start spybot when the problem appears, this seems to allow us to type normally again.
Can you please take a look at the attached file and let us know what you suggest as it ? Thanks in advance for your help

I don't see any evidence of malware in that log. We do malware removal in this section of the forum. You may want to ask for help in the Windows XP section of the forum. It may be a hardware or driver issue.

That said, your log is two months old....also....

We want all our members to perform the steps outlined in the link I'll give you below, before posting for assistance. There's a sticky at the top of this forum, and a link at the top of each page.

To help rule out malware as the cause.....
