Help...I'm new at this. Losing emails....

Hello,
I need help. I' having problems with Internet Explorer. I went to my inbox and all the emails I had previously looked at had dissappeared! I installed new Anti-virus software and it cleaned a few things (some it couldn't), but my brother told me to download Hijackthis and run a log. We found a couple of things that looked suspicious, but I don't really know what is what. Can anyone tell me what is dangerous and should get rid, and what is bad but I don't have to get rid of if I don't want to.
Any help would would be a lifesaver!
Please take a look...here's the logfile.

Thanks!
the novice, E

Hi ecarter
Make sure you have already run Adaware, Spybot S & D(check for updates) as these will do a preliminary clean first. Some files below may not be present after running the above programs.

Then....
Turn off your System Restore.(if using xp) SEE HERE Reinstate it when your log is cleaned.Close your browser window and run hjt in safe mode... HOW TO RUN SAFE MODE and have "Hijack This" fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting "fix checked". Files highlighted in BLACK will need to be removed from your hard drive. Make sure to have your system set to show hidden files and folders.. HOW TO SHOW FILES ..Please post a new log when finished...
